Mochy/Simborg Duel Announced

I am not sure whether the cube is easier or not to the "average" player or to the "expert" player, but I can tell you that in looking at my own cube PR over the years, I personally have a lower PR in money games than in match play. But that may be because I have logged so many hours in money games and chouette play for the past 40 years compared to match play.
I can tell you that in money games, always knowing the take point and price of gammons and doubling window seems to me to be a lot easier than in match play where there are many times most of us are not quite sure of these numbers.
For a player of your level and math skills (Bob Koca) where you almost always are sure of the numbers, you are probably right, but you are not a "normal" player.
I think the same concepts can be applied to checker play, because the checker play varies so much in match play and rarely changes a lot in money play, so as a result my PR in money games has also been lower than in match play.
Now, there is a complication, because in "real, live" money play, particularly in chouettes, there is no question I change my decisions depending on my opponent.
I don't intend to play Mochy any differently than I would against XG, as there is very little difference between the two. Well, there is one difference: I've never been able to collect from XG when I win.
