Congrats Ray! Congrats to DC event! - - NO different running a golf weekend....slightly OT

These problems with a few people are not unique to BG events. For about 10 years, I used to run a weekend golf at the beach in Delaware for single golfers, mostly 40-65 years old. I had between 20-30 golfers most years and arranged courses, tee times, pairings, dinners and cocktail hours with great help from several others thru the years. There was always whining about anything and everything from a small minority. People got lost and missed tee times, did not like the food, the service at restaurant, harassed ex - love interests with current love interest sitting next to them on golf cart....worried that it might rain. You name it, I dealt with it. A couple of our local DC BG players came on the golf trip one time each.

After three days of this, I would feel the same way you guys do after directing a tourney..... I did not stop doing it because of the frustration, I stopped because many of the folks I knew well, dropped from the group by getting married and I am taken as well. Also, getting too old to play golf and party till whenever and repeat for several days in row even if I am just a participant, much less dealing with running it.

So Jason, Barry and Bill hang in there, take break. Let Ed strike the next hotel deal....we'll see you in Sept be it 2015 or 2016, (if the weather sucks for golf...LOL)
