As usual, looking forward to your always candid opinion. And would like to read Barry's synopsis as well. I have some questions about how things went but will first wait to see if you guys answer them to save me some keystrokes. :)

From my vantage point, I thought the stream with the camera directly above the board was the best setup ever. I never noticed unreadable dice due to reflections. The other stream sometimes presented a dice-reading problem due to the steep angle. Having said that and knowing your attention to detail, I'm sure you were doing the best with the equipment available.

In San Antonio I took a critical look at the streaming setup from the viewpoint of trying to minimize annoying reflections. Unfortunately the lighting in the main ballroom wasn't conducive to optimum board placement so as to avoid those. There was an adjacent auxiliary room which *might* have been better -- not sure. Of course there are other considerations than simply lighting when setting up these tables and I suspect that those took precedence.
