clock setting tutorial needed

Different clocks have different ways to set them, and it can be confusing to us mortals (non-Sticks).

I use and love the clock apps...very easy to use and lovely interface. Chess Clock app is my favorite....it's actually called game clock on IPhone and Ipad, and it is a blue square with a black rook in the center.
