This is a clear double since any hit is a market loser, and there are 14 hitting numbers. Also, non-hitting numbers are not anti-market losers. White wins about 3% after the hit, or 1/2 games. If blue misses, it becomes a pretty much even race where white wins 11 out of 22 games. All in all white wins about 30%, which is more than sufficient for a take.
