For money D/P. Not enough race, and you only hit a shot 7/36 * ~12/36, so your not is approximately 2/36 wins from the shot, and it looks like about 15% or less wins on race = short of a take.

I bet its marginal though. I know I pass this, unless I'm steamed. And playing for low stakes.
