Nordic Open 2015 - world team--missing

The obvious players missing from the list are Falafel and MCG. Were they not invited or simply not available?

The obvious surprise is Raj, who is well down the list on the Giant list. I am not saying he should not be on the team, but again, there are a lot of others that I believe are currently considered to be better than Raj.

How is the team selected?

And how is the Nordic team selected?
