These are tough for me

Don't know that you can make a good RoT for this position. Here are some things I notice here:

1) Blue is way behind in the race -- 37 pips before rolling.

2) White has four blots strewn around the board.

3) White has added an offensive point (4-point) while Blue has added nothing.

The first two of these argue (simply and directly) for hitting. The third seems to argue for making the 20-point.

Speaking of RoT's, seems like I've heard one that goes like "when in doubt..."
