Agree.

As a general observation, it is surprising how strong an anchor on the oppt's 3 pt is. My rough rule of thumb is to think twice about doubling the oppt if he has my three pt. If the race is close, the answer - position notwithstanding - is usually 'not yet'.

The other asset that one can generalize about is bottom's outside block on the 10 pt. These outside blocks are also under-appreciated - bottom's equity would be significantly lower without that point in this position.
