There are many programs on line where you can make your own flash cards, and also some apps that do this. I have done this myself and I liked it so much that, with partners, I developed MindgamesCenter.com which is a combination of flash cards with lessons and explanations from some of the best teachers in the game, and they are divided by level.

So the work has already been done for you if you want to do flash cards on back games, blitzing, bearing off, holding games, breaking anchors, etc. etc.

Also, Jeremy Bagai has an app called FlashBack that is excellent with flash cards on opening rolls, bearoff, match equities and take points.

Another way to do this is to save the problem without the answer in a file..for example, all your blitzing problems, and have a second one with the rollout.

I have a position labeled blitzing 1 and then 1A with the answer rolled out. I drag 1 into my xg very quickly, think of what the answer is, then drag 1B. It works as well as flash cards and I like it even better because I can instantly change a position to look at variations, or change the score or position of the cube to see how that changes the answer.

And lastly, I make quizes using Powerpoint. I cut and past a position into a screen and the answer on the next screen. I have dozens of these that I have prepared for my students and I have also done this with chouette problems and bets and sent them out to my mailing list and for further study.
