I see a few options here.

We can slot the 4-point with 10/5 6/4.

We can play 20/13, duplicating a few useful ones.

We can play 24/22 20/15 duplicating a hitting and a blitzing 3.

We can waste a checker playing 6/1 10/8.

10/5 6/4 seems pure, but slotting and splitting is too risky.

We have no anchor and a worse inner board, so we should minimize the risk.

Wasting a checker is too ugly, so..

Answer: 20/13
