While we will have considerable rewards and penalties for winning and losing at stake, we will not be advertising the financial arrangements....

Fair enough, but when announced previously there was a question about the motivation of the players -- whether it's simply to come out in the plus column at the end of 30 games (which makes it more like a match) or to maximize return (which makes it true $-play). And obviously it could be some combination as sometimes happens in Chouettes, for example.

Can you fill us in on the incentives?
