I'm sorry to do this, as it may affect your business, but your customer service is terrible. At the end of 2012 I wanted to buy a board from you but abandoned it after each e-mail took a minimum of 4 days to reply, you never answered the phone or my queries on Skype. In January this year I ordered 2 dice cups which I paid for, but then had to request a refund after you didn't dispatch them after 10 days. It's not very good I'm afraid.
