This was our previous e-mail exchange. At no point did I use rude language. I didn't ask you to post it to China, I clearly stated in the order that it was to be sent to the UK at a time when I would be visiting my family there. I am sure you do indeed have happy customers, but name-dropping and trying to question my credibility based on my post count is a bit low.

Mr Todorov,

I consider this delay in despatching this product to be quite unacceptable, if you are unable to despatch this product by the end of tomorrow (February 3rd) then please refund my payment and I will find an alternative supplier. I really do not understand why it takes so long to put an item in a box and make a trip to a post office.

I live in China, I am in UK 6-27th February so I need the item to arrive in that timeframe. Your site gives an arrival estimate of 1-3 weeks from the order, so I made the order in plenty of time.
