USBGF Endorsement of BMAB

U.S. Backgammon Federation (USBGF) Statement on USBGF Facebook page:

"The USBGF acknowledges and supports the Backgammon Masters Awarding Body (BMAB) in their efforts to systematically define and recognize skill achievements within the game. The support and participation of most of the elite players from around the globe testify to the need for such an international recognition process and to the acceptance and endorsement of the procedures developed by the BMAB. We wish them continued success."

The support of the USBGF is very important to BMAB. Any BMAB Tournaments or Individual Applications carried out in the USA will be done so strictly in accordance with the Rules and Guidelines of the USBGF wherever possible, with proper respect and consideration for tournament organisers, directors, and their staff, within an atmosphere of mutual goodwill.
