1. Luck

2. (2nd - 5th tie): preparation, rest, concentration, confidence.

3. (6th +): determination, courage, humility, respect for opponent, self-satisfaction (or inner peace, or whatever you call being prepared to accept any outcome. From Kipling: If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster And treat those two impostors just the same).
