You leave 3 extra slots if you create the additional builder. The way to analyze this position is to assess whether the equity loss on these 3 additional hits is more or less than the equity gain on the 22 misses, where you get to use the builder. I suppose the answer is yes, so I'd play 20/14 11/10.
