I was in the market for more literature and came across, I believe, an interview that Phil did with MCG stating ABG was a launching point for him. Not a bad recommendation!

So I decided to give them a try. I am not implying there is little value, but rather among the noise that I have noticed, what should I be focused on that still is relevant/correct by today's standards?

With respect to rollouts, I will often put the position in as soon as I notice that his recommendation disagrees with what feedback I have been getting while playing sessions with XG.

So to answer your question, fairly soon after I read the position and its explanation.
