I'm not sure if I have this right or not.

I need to assign a priority within the C family for 24-18, 8-5 and 24-21, 11-5. I believe that I use the 6 point rule in the lower quadrant - the outer board in this case. I compare the spare on the eight with the blot on the eleven. The blot on the eleven is further from the six point which gets the highest priority.
