You are right. Making the 5pt cannot be nactated in the Outer family. A good alternative is the Point family. It has a dedication clause requiring that all parts of a roll be used to make a single point, without stacking any spares on it. You can even break one point to make another, so long as you use all parts of a roll in doing so.
