In Response To: ruling in the Nordic Open SJ (Robert Wachtel)

Oops, I've just been privately informed by email that one of the assistant tournament directors did weigh in on this issue, in a post on this forum that has since been deleted.

She said that it was Mr. A (Victor) who in fact requested the ruling.

Not sure why this post was deleted, but it would resolve the factual discrepancy that I cited and would also directly contradict Jason's account of the history.
