I have at least four ways this is incorrect:

i) If the position will be much more difficult for the opponent to play than for you to play can make a pass a practical take

ii) If there is a chance of getting an incorrect drop a not good enough to cube could become a practical cube.

iii) If there is a chance of getting an incorrect take A TG position could be a practical cube.

iv) If it will be difficult to play a TG position could be a practical cash.
