TD's -- Get Ready for Apple Watch ...

I just pre-ordered my Apple Watch and it occurred to me that Tournament Directors and perhaps the USBGF might want to get ahead of the curve in establishing a policy about wearing them during play, or at least formulating a response to inevitable complaints about them. The 'taptic engine' that enables one person to send another a variety of distinctive taps on the wrist, unbeknownst to anyone around you, means that it could be very easy for a spectator to surreptitiously pass Double/Drop or even checker play advice to a player.

On there other hand, if they were allowed, we might be able to enliven the 'live streaming' of matches with the real-time heartbeat tracks of the players. That could be pretty comical. Along with PR we could have HR.
