I think we need to switch to the 1pt here. Otherwise, we may never be able to make that point. With so many checkers on the roof, an open 1pt would leave the Dillies playing a phantom 0-1 backgame.

After switching, there are two way to play the final 5, 15/10 and 12/7. The latter has the advantage that it does not give the Dillies a 66 joker. The former may increase our gammon-winning chances. That's because it gives us more pick-and-pass numbers in case the Dillies enter a single checker. The two seem close to me.
