It has its problems, for sure, but the advantage to the rule we adopted is that folks don't just copy the good players on their teams. They have to think for themselves. Because there is no collaboration on initial votes, it is especially important to explain your moves. Otherwise, we don't get the to-and-fro that is the best part of the OLM.

That's one reason, Chuck, why I like your posts so much. Right or wrong, you always provide food for thought. Keep up the good work.
