Mochy/Simborg Time Penalty?

In Response To: Mochy/Simborg Duel Announced (Phil Simborg)

I've seen discussion of the clock rules. (Was there a final decision?) But I've seen no discussion of what happens when a player exceeds a time limit.

• Immediate loss of game at current cube value? (What if player were about to be gammoned?)
• Immediate loss of BG at current cube value?
• Immediate computer adjudication? (No real penalty.)

More generally, is there a standard set of clock rules for money games?
