Clarification required: 2.2.6 Intra-Match-Breaks

I agree that would be a good rule. Something like this:

"Players are permitted one 10-minute break for each 45 minutes of play. (No break is allowed if the match takes less than 45 minutes. The first break is allowed 45 minutes after play begins. A second break is allowed 45 minutes after play resumes following the first break.)

One break is allowed for both players. If either player wants a break, the other player must take his break at the same time.

If additional breaks are required, TD must be informed."
