If they choose to remove one of their back men, they will actually have an advantage. While part of your game plan is to turn those checkers into assets, they start out as liabilities.

The way I heard the prop worded was that the pidge was "allowed" to start with one fewer man on both their mid and 6 points. This puts them at a huge disadvantage. Alternatively, they could ask the hustler to start with one more checker on each of those points, which gives him a big advantage too.

Props, unlike revenge, are not best served cold! I have no idea why anyone has ever agreed to play a cold prop, that is, one that someone brings around after having had plenty of time to study it. Does anyone honestly believe that their amazing instincts beat out someone else's hours of study?
