Mochy/Simborg Duel Announced

In Response To: Mochy/Simborg Duel Announced (neilkaz)

It has been mentioned before and stated/implied that since Phil starts with the cube Mochy can't make any cube errors and therefore his PR should be lower than normal. I don't see this as necessarily true. He also doesn't get credit for decisions where he correctly does/does not double. I would expect Mochy's early game cubes to be strong and think that his PR during this phase of the game would be quite low.
