Being so far behind in the race I think Blue needs to keep a presence in White's homeboard. That rules out making the 16-point. In addition I think the spare/loose checker on the 22-point can be useful, at least for a while.

There are still several ways to play this. The direct play is to just make the acepoint. Purer are slotting the 4-point (but how to play the 6...) and just giving up the midpoint.

My play may be too big/risky, but I'm opting for hassling White with my blots as well as my points:

9/4, 13/7
