Hi!
Some time ago I wanted a website where I could improve my rather average backgammon skills but what I could find out there wasn't exactly what I wanted so I started making my own.
I have been working on this site for some time and I think it has become good enough to let more backgammon players give it a try.
The features on the site are a bit too many to list here but one of the basic ones are playing through different backgammon challenges (collection of positions). So when the Falafel quiz was posted here I quickly made one on my site.
Another feature is playing through entire matches in different ways. You can play through a match as normal or you can choose to play through a match taking the seat of one of the players.
With full matches it is also possible to generate a challenge from all the errors done in a match so for instance when the Mochy-Phil match was made available I made a challenge of all 0.100+ errors in this match (25 in total).
There are lots of other fun stuff on the site but to cut a long posting short: http://www.freebgstudio.tk/ (I created this url today from the old http://world-backgammon.rhcloud.com/ but both should work fine.)
This is hosted on a free hosting service so I would be surprised if it holds up if it gets too much load so I guess this should be called the first public beta.
