I agree that choosing green all the time would mean you are correct 85% of the time if 85% of the cars are green.

But you said "If you choose red or green based on a coin flip, you will be right 50% of the time only if red and green is evenly distributed. But you will be right far less than that if the distribution is 85/15"

Am I understanding correctly that you think you would be correct less than 50% of time by flipping a coin in the 85/15 situation?
