Coin Flip variation

I think the answer is 1/3. If you repeat the operation 60 times, you will flip each coin 30 times. One coin will yield 15 heads and 15 tails; the other will yield 30 heads, for a total of 45 heads and 15 tails. The normal coin produced 15/45 heads, or 1/3. Maybe there's a more inductive way to reach this conclusion.
