If the Dillies enter with a single 6, we have more pick and pass numbers than after 10/9*4. We will also have more numbers than make the 6. So I guess we will win more BGs after 12/7 10/9* than after 10/9*/4.

How about 66? After 10/9*/4 and 66, we fail to safety our remaining blot with 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 22, 32, 42, 33 and 66; 16 numbers. After 12/7 10/9* and 66, we fail to safety after 31, 41, 51, 61 and 33; 9 numbers. So 12/7 10/9* ought to be the better play.
