Ask Xavier (as I did when writing my book)to loan you XG3, even if it is still in beta, to do rollouts. My chapter 6, "To Play an Ace" gives some illustrations of how badly XG2 can botch positions like this. I found in trying to solve the problem I posed in that chapter that increasing ply levels and search space always yielded better results; but those results were still badly flawed (and not close to XG3's results)by the fact that the program cannot correctly play the positions that arise in the rollout.
