London Open 2015 - Final Report

Thank you to everyone who helped make the UKBGF London Open 2015 such a huge success. We had over 120 players competing for a total prize pot in excess of £25,000 in the best backgammon venue in the country in the heart of one of the world's great cities. We will be back bigger and better next year. Start thinking about booking your place now!
The London Open was won by Tim Line with Kenroy Brown a close second. Tim wins the £2,000 Geoffrey Parker voucher and also took home a significant side pool.
The Professionals' Tournament was won by Aref Alipour who beat Sean Casey in the final.
The Hippodrome Cup was won by James Newman who defeated Australian Paul Fredheim.
The Super Jackpot was won by Simon Barget who beat Andy Bell in a gripping final game.
The Doubles was won by Elias Kritikos and Theodoros Dimakis.
The London Shield was won by Alex Polden over Pawel Piotr Jozwiak in the last match to finish at the tournament.
The Speed Gammon was won by Geoff Oliver who defeated Wayne Harold Felton.
