Monaco Registration Fees??

Details of Monaco were just released. Take a look at the registration fees section and tell me what you think.

It appears to me that a player entering the Novice or Intermediate flight will have to pay far more in registration fees (€ 330) by far than their entry to the actual event. Last year if I recall correctly, the fees were € 150 without including the gala dinner which for a lot of people they don't care too much about. A few years ago when the dinner was mandatory the fees were € 250.

So basically one would be paying € 180 for the dinner? Poking around at the menus online guessing at the meal/prices that seems a bit excessive to me.
