I originally went for 24/23, 13/11. Neils explanation that 24/21 is the 2nd roll response to 51s is actually great.

Since our 61 and their 31 didnt change the initial role dynamics then 24/21 must be better.

I will also apply 2nd roll knowledge to many other early game situation due to this realization.
