8/4 and then 23/21. I think Kruidenbuiltje mentioned that 13/11 transfers a builder from the 13 to the 11, and certainly a stripped midpoint is less of a builder than one with a spare. The bigger issue is that 13/11 does not add a lot of building power. 23/21 slots a much better anchor, and provides a direct route to escape. And with the board strength advantage, we do not fear exchanges of hits.
