It does not make sense to try and create a ROT to justify observing a ROT. As with the 5 point if by observing a ROT one gifts your opponent with some tasty rolls dont do it. There is a growing awareness or maybe an admisssion at this forum that an ability to understand and use roll odds is a great asset for any player.
