In Response To: The Resurgence of Backgammon -- Another Perspective (Bill Riles)

As is stated elsewhere, there seem to be a large amount of people in the world who plays the game casually, the challenge is to get more of those into organized backgammon. What can usbg do to help? A couple of things comes to mind, make it easy for people to create a local club and associate with usbg, and provide a rating system.
