volatility double

This is clearly a take for the opp. But is it a double? What do You base on with this kind of decision? Mainly a question for OTB behavior, as in home, with plenty of time, a paper and a pencil (a relict statement, should probably be "a second monitor and Excel sheet" nowadays) You can go through all rolls and responses and get to the right answer with enough precision.
