I almost never, or maybe just plain never, understand your post titles, but if this one was directed at me, I am very sad I gave away my original Byrds album with this song on it. I am also sad that when the Byrds covered Mr. Tambourine Man, they left out the two best verses.

In this problem, you are going to be sad if you don't run now, because depending on a shot here is not a happy thought. You still have some race vig too, and shouldn't chuck it lightly. The opportunity to dismantle the 22-point is very unlikely to be better later, so do it now!

OtB, I'd just run all the way, 22/13, though with the race not so great, I could be talked into 22/16 5/2.
