Joe's right--I recommend these rules 10 years ago

In Response To: Right play at the wrong time (Joe Russell)

Additional rule recommendations for spectators and players:

1. Any spectator who, immediately after a match, goes up to the loser and points out how he threw away the entire match with one bonehead play, shall be fined $1000.00.

2. Any spectator who, immediately after a match, goes up to the winner and points out how lucky he was to win the match after making one bonehead play, shall be fined $1000.00.

3. Any spectator who, immediately after a match, goes up to the loser and points out how unlucky he was to lose that last game because of his opponent’s jokers, shall be fined $1000.00.

4. Any spectator who, immediately after a match, goes up to the winner and points out how damn lucky he was to win by rolling those doubles, shall be fined $1000.00.

5. Any player who, immediately after losing the match, tells his opponent how lucky he was and how bad he played, shall be fined $1000.00.

6. Any player who, immediately after winning the match, lectures his opponent on how he should have done this or that, shall be declared the loser of the match.
