In 4, 5, 6, and 7, the homographs have related meanings so they're not as impressive as the other examples.

Some years ago, at the Computer Museum in Boston, there was an early version of a computer that would read aloud what you typed into it. I tried various homographs such as "wind" and "read" and it knew only one pronunciation. Just now I tried putting these sentences into Google Translate (which has a little speaker button that you can click to get a pronunciation) and it gets some of these right, but trips up on others.
