This is accurate as stated, even with the names. For Matt and Phil to play as indicated would be the game-theoretic optimum. Why would anyone ever think that Bob was saying anything about what was right or wrong? The game-theoretic optimum is a distinct concept from what is right or wrong. To confuse the two is as bad as using the terms "top play in the bot rollout" and "correct" interchangeably.
