Using the Doubling Cube in a Non-Turn Based Game

In Response To: Using the Doubling Cube in a Non-Turn Based Game (AP)

Each player independently decides to accept or not. If both accept cube is on 4 and still centered. If both decline then game is settled at 0 and if only one accepts then game is won by accepting player at a value of 2.
