i would say with 15/14 you block one more number from white (54 and 63) while 14-13 only blocks (44 and 62). it is more likely to get hit with 15-14 (44 &62) against the 14-13 play (64 only). so i guess it comes down to what is more important blocking or not being hit. the bonus of 14-13 is when 63 next roll that you have a doubleshot. but i think because we have the checker on 20 point that not getting hit is more important, so i go with 15/14
