Ultimately, no voting selection on your part will either speed or delay the process. Pluralities and ties do not matter. Technically, majorities do not either. The captain has final say, even if his choice has no other support. While I reserve the right to exercise this prerogative, in practice, I have always gone with the wishes of the majority.

For the consultation, I am retaining your original vote, 24/21 5/1.
