What would you like to see on my stream

Hi all,

as you might know, I started to stream my backgammon match / games on Twitch, the free streaming service.

I found it fun, so I decided to do it regularly on every Sunday starting at 23:00 JPT, which should be 16:00 in Paris, 10:00 in NY, 9:00 in Chicago. Its aiming for European players and Japanese players.

I want do one more per week but when is the most convenient day and time for US players?

I also love to know what would be interesting for you?

What I have in mind is

1) GridGammon match + Post match analysis with my opponent
2) GridGammon match + Live running commentary by myself, possibly with my opponent
3) GridGammon Money game (Real Money) + Live running commentary and / or Post match analysis
4) Lecture using XG
5) Commentating on someone's match

Any idea is highly welcome. Thank you for your feedback.
